Our promise

If anything is wrong with your order, email us at support@rollnchase.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
